Some also believe that with every single breath intake a naturally voiced inhalation sounds like "Yah" when we breathe in & with every single breath outtake a naturally voiced exhalation sounds like "Weh" when we breathe out. So with every single breath we take we are speaking God's name subconsciously to signify the breath of life as God breathing breath into us.
